The building is a perfect example of strategically targeted smart growth, intelligent development and good responsible urban design.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-0dad52\">The innovative GIOIA 22 \u2013 Porta Nuova tower is designed around people, for a superior quality of working life. This new urban project designed by PCPA Architects with its striking architecture is the result of COIMA\u2019s ambition to innovate real estate by employing technology in a smart way.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-0dad87\">The 120 metre high development <strong>lies in Milan\u2019s Porta Nuova \u2018innovation hub\u2019<\/strong>, which is already home to the headquarters of numerous Italian and international companies, from finance and technology to fashion and consulting services: HSBC, Microsoft, Versace, Google, Accenture and Axa are just some of the many.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        \n    \n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-0dae28\">The building overlooks the new Biblioteca degli Alberi Park, the third largest park in Milan\u2019s centre, with over 95,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> of green. The development has 30 floors, 4 of which are underground, and a total surface area of 68,432 m<sup>2<\/sup>. A record for this type of a building, allowing it to meet the <strong>Nearly Zero Energy Consumption Building<\/strong> standards.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-0daf4c\">Energy produced by the photovoltaic system could meet the energy requirements of 306 homes.
