The building, overlooking the \u201cLibrary of Trees\u201d, rises in the area that more than any other tells the close link between COIMA and the city of Milan: it is in the regeneration of this area that the energy and dreams that rooted the company in the territory were concentrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-31c3a2\">For this reason the building is designed to relate to the context in which it sits, beginning with the harmony of forms and materials studied by architect Cucinella in an <strong>exploration of the theme of transparency<\/strong>, creating an element that integrates naturally with the park and the buildings of Porta Nuova. To create a human space, optimised and in tune with the people who inhabit it, during the design phase COIMA launched \u201c<strong>Naturally Connected<\/strong>\u201d, a listening process aimed at identifying employees\u2019 working habits and their effective use of spaces.<\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        \n    \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n                <div class=\"ensoul-columns-section relative w-full max-w-container-columns mx-auto wp-block-ensoul-columns\" id=\"columns-31c4d9\">\n            <div class=\"ensoul-columns-block grid gap-x-columns gap-y-columns-y md:gap-y-columns-y items-stretch grid-cols-1 md:grid-cols-1 max-w-container-content mx-auto text-paragraph-base!  \" style=\"\">\n                \n\n<div class=\"ensoul-column-wrapper min-w-0 h-full text-paragraph-base! max-md:!w-full wp-block-ensoul-column\" id=\"column-31c4b8\">\n    <div class=\"column flex min-w-0 break-words h-full flex-col justify-start items-start gap-y-columns-y\" style=\"\">\n                    \n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-31c481\">Over the course of two months, a full \u201cworkplace analysis\u201d involved the people working in the company in a collaborative process in which well-being and quality-of-work objectives guided the organisation of the new spaces, which today reflect the people on whom and for whom they are built. The result of this audit and participative-design process is an environment to live today while thinking also about tomorrow.<br>The structure of the spaces responds to a cultural action: COIMA wants to promote a <strong>corporate culture founded on social interaction<\/strong>, <strong>collaboration and dialogue<\/strong> between employees and colleagues, creating a space centred on people\u2019s well-being.<\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n        \n    \n\n\n\n\n<section class=\"slider-section max-w-container-content mx-auto w-full  mt-5xl md:mt-5xl text-paragraph-base! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-31cb5d\">Design with <strong>materials certified according to a Cradle to Cradle approach<\/strong>, maximising energy efficiency and earning the <strong>LEED Platinum certification<\/strong>. 20% of the materials used are fully recyclable. A <strong>plasticless<\/strong> and <strong>paperless<\/strong> approach: no individual bins inside the offices, and waste is separated by material on each floor.<\/p>\n\n
