At the time of the contribution, Intesa Sanpaolo will receive units of the COIMA vehicles, which will be identified according to the type of real estate in the portfolio and the strategy for developing its value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-630b5c\">The assets subject to the transaction are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base! max-w-container-list! left !pl-5 coima-list-square wp-block-ensoul-list\" id=\"list-2\" role=\"list\" aria-label=\"List Content\">\n    \n\n<li class=\"wp-block-ensoul-list-element text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base! wp-block-ensoul-list-element\" id=\"list-630ba8\">\n    <span class=\"float-left -ml-[var(--spacing-dimension-icon-list)] w-dimension-icon-list text-center select-none\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u25a1<\/span>    <span><strong>three prime properties,<\/strong> located in Rome at Via dei Crociferi 44 and in Milan at Via Clerici 4-6 \/ Piazza Ferrari 10 and at Via Verdi 9-11-13;<\/span>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n\n<li class=\"wp-block-ensoul-list-element text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base! wp-block-ensoul-list-element\" id=\"list-630bef\">\n    <span class=\"float-left -ml-[var(--spacing-dimension-icon-list)] w-dimension-icon-list text-center select-none\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u25a1<\/span>    <span><strong>additional properties<\/strong> to be vacated or disposed of in the coming months, located in several cities, including Milan, Turin, Rome, Brescia, Bergamo, Bologna, Padua and Florence.<\/span>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-630c5d\">The transaction will result in a <strong>significant reduction of Intesa Sanpaolo&#8217;s real estate assets.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-630ca2\">The agreement signed between Intesa Sanpaolo and COIMA also provides for the study of <strong>further areas of collaboration in the real estate sector<\/strong> that could generate business opportunities of common interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left text-paragraph-sm! md:text-paragraph-base!\" id=\"paragraph-630cde\">Today&#8217;s announcement is part of the Group&#8217;s broader Smart Property Management strategy, as set out in the 2022-2025 Business Plan presented by CEO <strong>Carlo Messina<\/strong>. Related <strong>initiatives<\/strong> include a strong <strong>acceleration towards the approach to work<\/strong> and a <strong>significant modernisation<\/strong> of working environments in office spaces.
