COIMA RES S.p.A. SIIQ informs that dividend approved by the General Meeting held on 17 March 2017, equal to the Euro 0.11 per share, will be paid on 12 April 2017 (i.e. payment date), with exdate (coupon no. 1) on 10 April 2017. The minutes of the above mentioned General Meeting were made available to the public in accordance with the law by the registered office, through publication on the Company’s website at www.coimares.com, under “Governance/Annual General Meetings”, and on the authorised storage mechanism “NIS-Storage” (www.emarketstorage.com).
