Further to our previous communications dated 19, 23, and 31 July, and in line with our commitment to transparency and timely communications, we wish to share the following update.
Today, the Court of Review issued its decision overturning the precautionary measure thereby rejecting the prosecutor’s request. We are confident that the motivation behind the decision will clarify the matter and demonstrate the integrity of all our actions.
Personally, I will return to work today, reassuming my full responsibilities as COIMA SGR Chief Executive Officer, after an experience that has reinforced our moral resolve and our entrepreneurial and managerial commitment. I look forward to the opportunity to share together considerations we have drawn from this period.
As previously announced, to support all stakeholders in conducting necessary due diligence in line with governance requirements, we have prepared a comprehensive data room with useful information at both the governance and management levels, updated in line with the Court of Review decision. The data room will be available by August 29th and details will be provided shortly to those who request it, to allow confidential access.
